We’ll be at PAX Prime 2013

Seattle, here we come! Throw us all your coffee! We’ll be needing it!

Just a reminder, we’ll be at this year’s PAX Prime in Seattle, WA.  We’ll be there on all of the days as a part of the Indie MEGABOOTH.  I can’t remember off the top of my head which booth we’re in but we’ll have our big TV showcasing matches being played live from the show floor.

Come by our booth and say hello!  Get a poster, get a pin.  If you’re in town and want to hang out let us know.  We had a great dinner with some of our players in the Boston area and hope to do something again this year.  Get in touch!

It’s Official, we are headed to PS4

HOLY CRAP PS4

Needless to say, we’ve been pretty busy this past few months with wrapping up our Adventure Mode Kickstarter and starting development on that as well as continued development for Skirmish Mode.  This year at Gamescome 2013, just a few minutes ago, an official announcement was made about Guns of Icarus Online.

WE’RE HEADED FOR THE PS4.

We know everyone will have a ton of questions and we’ll do our best to answer them.  A lot of details though are TBD.  As Sony said themselves, they are putting the power in our hands.  The developers are calling the shots and we’ll make the best possible decisions for the future of the game as well as supporting our current player base.

It’ll be nuts.

Hello everybody!

And welcome to the announcement of our Guns of Icarus Competitive structure launch.

We’ve set out to make an easy system that will allow for teams new and old to compete against one another in skirmishes, leagues, and tournaments. These teams will be vying against one another to earn a place in the end of season tournament where they can win awesome prizes such as in game badges, and out of game loot.

Baptism by Spire Tournament

The most pun-ishing tournament in the history of Guns of Icarus

Pilots, Crewmen and Professional spectators alike prepare yourself for your trial by spire.

This Saturday August 3rd at 10:30am EST we’ve got some of the top teams facing off in a Battle Royale that’ll be the hottest Spire on Spire action this side of the Fjord Baronies.

The Tournament restrictions ensure that teams will be forced to show off some interesting builds and strategies as well as tact in piloting one of the squishiest ships in the game.
