I remember this was a topic on the thread for suggestions to muse. In my typical manner I don't remember the specifics but I want to believe there are members on the Muse Team that want to make the lobby more interactive.
I always imagined it to be a pub on the sky front with a few docks and each of the ships lined up at a dock. Could wander into the pub at various tables and play simple lobby games like chess, cards or dice.

I've put in enough hours to hear the mrs begin the you have a problem speech lol.
I mean, I've got Russian words stickied to my desk along with little jokes about Cloud Whales sneaking into my visual space now.
I get the itch late night at work to go home and jump behind a pilot wheel and just ram The Cloud Whaler into something.

My wife and I sat for hours, and I mean hours customizing shirts and logos on APB. We managed to make every Final Fantasy logo out of all the dozens of typical tribal shapes and common patterns. I'd hardly ever leave the damn thing if something like that was in the game.
I became obsessed with getting the dragoon armor right for FF4. Or the flames on the meteor for 7.

Well, to be fair, the Lumberfish was a monster when it first arrived. Matter of fact, I think I even cackled madly about it when my AI crew devastated the other testers on canyons.

As a captain who routinely mixes one channel with another I can say that I may not want this feature, but plainly I need it. Though I doubt it will diminish the amount of times I ask a friendly captain to put out the hull fire.

I actually like the limited coloring as it is, and red vs blue is classic. But yellow is also a much louder color, would be easier to see at distance or against the blue.
