I've decided to do a ridiculously cheesy key change, then just return of the opening riff but with stupidly intense drums... I'll post the result!

Hey fellas. Today I took it upon myself to write a powerlike metal tune, and I've put the initial thing up on my soundcloud (https://soundcloud.com/angus-macnaughton - it's the only track on it). The soundcloud one doesn't have vocals, though it will do (cleanly sung), but I really can't think of how to end it after the solo.

Please, Guns of Icarus people persons, give me ideas and feedback as to how to end this!

Ask some of the muse people to sing the lyics for you.

Also these ships couldn't land on water: take the Galleon as an example. Aside from its unrealism anyway, the entire bottom deck is open and would just flood.

I would likewise shell out loads of money for this! These ideas are awesome.

However, I don't think there will be ground combat, as that really isn't what the game is about (taken from implied fighting ground monsters).

ships with a harder difficulty:
Spire.
Squid.

But those are my favourites!!

Squid master race. By far the best ship if you are with a good coordinated crew.

Pyra is best if uncoordinated.

I believe that glowing ships would be a bit ridiculous, however as stated earlier in the thread, the idea of just really run-down, empty looking wreck-like ships would be awesome.

It would just be so cool to have less 'clean' ships with nice balloons etc., especially for piratical ships! And on that note, I can't wait for ship aesthetics which are apparently coming.

I celebrated Christmas twice: Christmas eve with my Norwegian family, then on Christmas day with my directly close family.

I got a really awesome amp though, which was much needed, and some money, DVDs etc. etc.
