Maybe you were around when I kept spinning my Junker any time my belligerent gunner tried to get an arc. He refused to bring anything useful, and was quite rude. I told him if he didn't, he would not get to shoot a single enemy. Any time he would hop on a gun, I would hit claw and sing "No arcs for you!". We did win, though. Most butt rams I ever did with a Junker.

I truly see your actions as justifiable but isn't your action reportable as trolling?

Its the classic assault clause. Even if the dude started it by giving you a shiner, it is self defense against you because he's the dumbass in the hospital.
