After a few months of gathering feedback, thinking, planning, designing, building, and tinkering we are getting ready for everyone to help us test the new matchmaking system. The system is designed to address a number of issues that you have raised such as imbalanced lobbies, longer lobby wait times, uneven crews, and loadout arms race. By joining our testing efforts you will receive access to the Dev App, the playground for all new features and contents before they see the light of day. The early access, like a diamond, is forever.
Version 1.3.5 Released
We’re deploying the 1.3.5 patch RIGHT NOW (which is why the servers are currently down for maintenance.)
EDIT: Servers are back up as of 9:45AM EST – see you in the skies!

Sorry for the delay. We just got the featured sale in the Humble Store on Friday and we felt it was more important to push for the charity announcement out and then do the blog post a couple of days late.

We’re excited and proud to announce that Guns of Icarus Online is live on the Humble Store! Not only is the Humble Store giving us an awesome banner feature on their front page with a 75% launch discount, they have also allowed us to increase the percentage of proceeds to charity to 30%!
