Hello everyone!
Time again to hear about us, our work, and where you can go to chat with us. We’ve been hard at work with a couple hotfixes and a bunch of work done on Co-Op mode.

To hear about our work and question us about anything at  twitch.tv/gunsoficarus.  We’ll have Eric, Jacob, and Matthew explaining everything happening inside of the office.

Alex:
Making hotfixes then trying to get Guns running at all on Unity 5, and seeing how much work that upgrade requires to get us back to where we are in 4.6.

Eric:
Revising and testing Assault mode.  Lots of different ideas and things flying around.  Ironing out co-op related progression from player self progression, player faction progression, and faction world progression.

Jack:
Lots of important design meetings. The Mercantile Guild now has its full roster of enemies ready to play with. Mocking up some ideas for new hit feedback visuals, to help more clearly communicate gun effectiveness vs different components, and armor/hull damage.

Tim:
Second round of pilot effects complete. Prototyping ideas about ways to communicate the different types of hit feedback we have.

Victor:
Working on SteamWrapper because GoIO will use Unity 5 and we need libraries of Steam API of x86_64.

CH:
Altitude preference for coop airship AI plus some Unity 5 upgrade work.

Jerry:
Working on matchmaking 2.0 with changes based on player feedback.

Tom:
Working on Assault Mode and specing the new Tutorial.

George:
Working on loading Voice Commands with asset bundles, reducing memory footprint of audio files, attending the hit feed back meeting, and coordinating sound changes with our sound guy for some Pilot skill FX and new voice commands. And as always fixing bugs.

Matthew:
Working on a new promotional idea also doing work on some community plans. A little bit of side work on our manual.
