I keep getting updates via other officers of the Gentlemen.I sent the invite to Captain Roy (Who, for the record, gave me a 'yes'), because to the best of my knowledge, he would pass it along to the correct team lead, as the gents do seem to mix it up a bit (There are 4 different contacts listed on my tracking document and I grabbed the top one).
My immense apologies regarding the mix up here, but we understand if the Gentlemen wish to retract their past 'yes'.

I've asked whether it's possible to hand in scores after seasons end, because I didn't find a paragraph addressing this issue in the rules or the op of the community events thread.I understand the annoyance here, but sadly we can't accept the points at this stage because everything is so far planned out that we can't go back. The ball is in motion, as it were. As stated earlier, you can still get in via the poll. Just get all your team to vote on that, then convince others to do so as well.

« on: November 15, 2013, 03:07:56 pm »um, so we Rhinos are interested in the tournament, but I didn't keep track of our scrimmage record (like most other clans didn't judging the standings). Is it still possible to add points to the table?Urz Tournaments were always a standalone thing from this as Urz wanted to go his own way. You can still get in via the poll that will be happening later today though.
Just summing up the points we've gained during urz tournaments would catapult us to rank 2 of the list, even without taking the underdog modifier into account.

Qwerty, being the busy chap that he is, wanted me to post in here as well on his behalf, to let you fine people all know that with the Aeronautical Arena happening on the 16th, and then the season 1 tournament the weekend after, that Cogs S3 is being pushed back to the 7th of December, and will be linking directly with Season 2 Competitive.

it was never updated.
I read the rules again and it says that corvus was amongst the 10 teams with highest points, who gets automatic access.
It would make my team so sad if we dont get to change our name from corvus to glowwater Thralls.
Wait, this is still happening? I kind of figured this season was just abandoned. Not that I'm complaining, I do want the shiny badges.It is indeed still happening. THings have died down a bit with me being in europe last month, but I'm back and we're doing this. And season 2 will be far better now that we actually have all the groundwork in place.

Hello everybody and welcome to the Season 1 invitational tournament. You've all been fighting it out in the skies over the past few months to get here, and now it's time to but everything to the test and win some sweet sweet prizes.
Everybody that participates will get a badge, and the better that you score, the shinier the badge will be. On top of that we have some truly awesome things lined up for you, like naming npc's.
So when is this tournament? The tournament is held on the weekend of November 23rd and 24th.
What time is it? The events will start at 1pmEST each day, so make sure to have your team ready for that.
So it's two days? Yes. Day one is an eliminator round robin event, followed by a bracket stage on day two, where the teams that made it out of day one still flying will fight for the top spot.
How do I know if my team is in it? Team captains will be emailed over the coming days with an invitation to the tournament.
