Pyramidion: Honeybun - Dunno, seemed fitting and I like bunnies c:

Goldfish: Lebkuchenherz (used to be Hwachahugs) - I wanted something cutesy in German and I like this term, so why not? It means "gingerbread heart". Hwachahugs is self explanatory if you know me :D

Mobula: Chubby Bunny - The mob really reminds me of one of my first pet bunnies because she was really overweight. Don't judge me, I was 8 when I got her :c naturally I fed her way too much..

Spire: Pfannkuchendrache - Literally means "pancake dragon". It's kind of an inside joke I have with Draaaaaaagon, though I don't actually remember who or what exactly started this..

Galleon: Snapping Turtle - Doesn't need much explaining now, does it?  :D

Squid: Catallena - Once again: I just like the sound of the word and seems to fit the squid in my opinion c: It doesn't really mean anything, it's just the name of a song I enjoy!

Junker: The Boomcrab - Makes stuff go BOOM! (I generally fly munkers, so yeah.. MINE ♥) The shape of junkers just reminds me of a crab, especially since their guns are mostly on the sides. Looks like a crab walking sideways ~

My ship names tend to change from time to time. Sometimes they're puns, sometimes related to animals (or both) etc. but these are usually the ones I stick with!

I noticed (and I know it was mentioned in Dev App before) that the ship flags should be a more vibrant colour. I have no kind of colour vision deficiency and even for me it's hard to distinguish them at times. Especially the red looks really brownish. It's even worse when a ship is dyed the colour of the enemy team, which makes it all the more confusing. That should just not be allowed in my opinion and others have brought this up in dev app before as well.

In the screen you get when changing your loadout and looking at other ships the colours are also extremely washed out, like there's some kind of sepia filter on it. That makes it impossible to see what a dye really looks like on a ship.

I also think the thumbs up option for the clans is a good idea, but problematic. Clans with a higher number of members can easily stay at the top of the list.

Those are rules I can get behind. That prevents the kind of delay, confusion and frustration we had in that match and everyone would know beforehand what would happen in that kind of situation.

My main issue (personal opinion, don't put that on the clan) was that Urz said we knew the risk because we chose to have a pilot living in Australia rather than considering that the DC problems started in that particular match and usually aren't that big of an issue (both teams also stated that there was an exceptional amount of lag and in that situation the match should really have been restarted). That's just all I have to say about that. It happened, it's in the past, but it could have been prevented.

Things is, 'minor mistakes' aren't always the players' faults- sometimes there's a weird lag spike, or someone's computer crashes, and we don't get fair game.
Basically what happened in the first Gents vs Overwatch match yesterday *cough*
There were no rules regarding a situation like this and the aftermath was.. frustrating to say the least.

I don't know if this was covered and I'm just stupid, but what happens if a team that doesn't have any back-ups (only 8 players in the team overall) and one of their players disconnects during a game and can't reconnect? Would the team automatically lose or would they be able to carry on with an AI? (worst case scenario; I don't think anybody would want to do that)

Same problem would occur if let's say the Steam servers are down, but the team does have substitutes. Players already in the game aren't affected by that, but nobody can connect to the game as long as Steam is not online.

I'm pretty impressed with this! A tournament like this can't have enough rules and guidelines and you put a lot of thought and work into this. ♥
