Carn pulls out a black jack from his boot. "No, this is a blackjack."

(A blackjack is essentially a small club on a loop of string. In case anyone was wondering.)

"Im sorry but I am pretty sure that table there is just an artefact."

"Old world artefacts are extremely valuable these days, sitting and using that table will get you a fine."

"That is not a buy in sign spades"

Bard got up, walked over to the sign and wiped the soot off it.

Fine for using table:

20,000 Silver

George throws a large pouch of gold at the bartender.
"That's two hundred gold, keep the change, load it onto my Junker for me, it's docked outside."
George merely looks around at the stunned glances.

(Carn) "Do I look like the kind of guy who carries 20k in gold around? Anyways, my preferred form of gambling is betting whether or not I can beat the tar out of the biggest and ugliest guy in the room. Either that or drinking anyone under the table. I'm quite good at both."

(200 gold is more than 20,000 silver btw)
I watch as the artefact is loaded onto my ship.
"I collect artefacts from the old world."
I explain to the people around me.

(I say we ought to use Terraria's scales. 100 Copper -> 1 Silver, 100 Silver -> 1 Gold, 100 Gold -> 1 Platinum.)

(In that case, 200 gold is exactly the same as 20000 silver, I'll keep what I say, but ignore that I say keep the change.)

The Bartender chuckles

"This is a lot of gold my friend, go ahead, the table is yours."

"Augustas, Patrick, Jack!"

The three brutes which Carn assaulted previously came out of the darkness bearing bruises.

"Take this table to the Junker outside"
