Opposite of Bragging Thread

Tell us the most embarrassing mistakes that you make or have made (yeah right)
and I promise you'll be free from shame (don't read the previous parenthesis).

I'll start:
When I first played this game I crashed many crews instantly because I kept pressing "S" for reverse, it took me half a month to get rid of that habit.
When I don't realize the balloon is popped, I panic and constantly check if my finger is on that button.

/r mistakes, replying to the wrong person, very often!

Saying a few swears during a recorded match  :o whoops!

Ramming ally mobula to death during a match which was being streamed by bubbles live at a convention, when I only intended to bump...  ::)

Flying into a mine which I even told my crew "Don't worry I see it.." Then failed to hit reverse and drifted into the mine.....

Telling people in captain chat how to.crew aboard my ship instead of telling my.crew, always helpful!
Gave one pilot an entire explanation of Artemis balloon techniques before he told me. "Thanks for the tips, but you may want to tell.your crew that!"

Single most embarrassing moment sending my friend [insert name here] a message intended for [insert name here.]
Fortunately he took the compliments well!

My biggest loss streak is 7

I used to only use spire for sniping and had a hades in slot 1 and merc in 2

I started using gat mortar midion way before I learned it was the meta (level 5) and thought I was a pretty okay pilot

Well, I did occassionally try really hard against vets in my newer pilot days and once tried all kinds of loadouts on mobula just to make it work.

I can't remembe r the number of times I have clicked 'invite to party' instead of 'join crew', that's lead to more than a few rather confused replies XD

When I first started flying I would hold down the "W" key to go forward and ended up changing altitude without wanting to. Many times I will spend 10 minutes getting my crew to take the exact equipment I need for a certain build only to forget to bring the correct pilot tools for that ship.

It took me months to realize the spyglass had a zoom function.

Leaving pilot tools on by mistake. We all do it occasionally.

Looking for enemies and running into terrain.

The altitude thing is a common sorrow for all novice pilots, moreso for pyras with their slow verticals :c

Also, I still do that aswell. Switching from ram pyra to squid and realizing you didnt take moonshine off when the game starts is NOT fun.

By not fun I mean like, moonshine-into-galleons-and-barely-stop-yourself-only-to-moonshine-a-bit-too-backwards-rinse-and-repeat  not fun. Seriously vets, try it, it's horrifying

Also, I used to refer Phoenix Claw as the "lucky talisman", dont ask me why.
