Other maps are bigger. It is still advantageous to hunt for spawns but in a competitive sense this is just letting you know where the enemy is, example is on fjords, moving into that open area at the high end forces the enemy to spawn in the triple arch. While you won't have field of vision, you know where they are. Its good but unduly unfair as you had to clear their spawn to begin with.
It would seem duel does not have this.
