Memories and reborn, that's a no-brainer for me. Having such a scope of knowledge from day one would be incredible- besides the relationships you formed with friends, you'd have a giant 'Reset' button on your life, while retaining the knowledge of your regrets and mistakes. Actually, this isn't a half bad social commentary, if you asked said person if they had any regrets after their second life.

I would probably want to be reborn with my last life's memories. However don't you forget everything that happened before age 4 anyway? It probably saves on the Psychological horror of remembering your escape from the womb and your parents changing your diaper. Living forever as a ghost just sounds depressing, especially when the heat death of the universe rolls around.
