Hey there Kirk-

In terms of casting, I've had to know the numbers before I actually set out on finding casters. This means that I have up until Saturday 10:30 EST to find some folks willing to cast. Now that the entries are very nearly closed ( around half an hour at time of writing) I can make the brackets and generally sort out the timings and structure. Expect a lot of information in the coming days!
I'm trying to decide if I want to be up at 7:30am on a Saturday to cast this... currently the answer is "probably not".

The match doesn't have to start at 10:30 EST on the dot, that's just when the Tourney begins. In terms of when casters will cast, the games will be run serially, one after another. This leads me into my next part of planning.

In terms of casters, I'd like to have 3 at maximum, and that being the preferred number. The first round will consist of 3 matches, leading in to a Semi-final, and then the Championship Match. I'll be contacting the streamers outside of this forum today and tomorrow.

Considering the serial nature of the games, there's only the need for two Judges. The Judge will check the loadouts of each team and make sure they correspond to the details sent to me in the application, and will work with the winning team at the end of each match to finalise their loadout for their next match.

I'll talk to the casters, but in-between Matches I'd like to run post-match chats with representatives of each team present in the stream. These would then provide enough time for the other Judge and Caster to set up the next Match. The hope would be that the Matches would run more or less smoothly between one another.

There's a whole bunch of other stuff, but there's little point ballooning this post beyond what's necessary. Expect the Brackets by 12AM 1st August.

Okay, the Brackets have been made. Note, all the matches have been randomly generated.

http://challonge.com/BaptismBySpire for the pure details. I'll be getting some nicer looking ones, hopefully

Told you that game had it all :)

Anyways, I'll write up a proper thank-you post in a couple hours, right now both me and Fade are dead. Quickly, thanks to all the players, and all the various folks who helped me along the way- I'll elaborate on you shortly!
