Weekly Progress Report 10/31/2014

Hello Everyone!

A quick Charity update: We’ve raised close to $18K for charity so far and with 4 days left we want to see if we can make it to $25K.
This is the final week of our sale so make sure to grab a copy before we go back to regular price remember 20% of each sale goes to charity! We’ve been happy to have so many new players in game and we hope you’ve been enjoying the game!

Eric:
Testing new co-op game mode and finalizing co-op faction progression.

Alex:
Fixing a few bugs for the upcoming hotfix.  Working on a new method of highlighting spotted targets for co-op mode. Check above for an image. We’re undecided if we’re going to put that in Skirmish mode.

Howard:
For Howard, this week’s a little bit on anniversary event, a bit on testing and iterating on the upcoming patch, a bit communicating with players collecting data and feedback, a bit presentation prep for a talk in Taiwan, a bit of responding to Steam about winter sales, and a little bit prepping PlayStation Experience.

Victor:
Working on the workshop including trying to calculate the tangents and optimize meshes.

Jerry:
More match making system changes.

George:
Fixing bugs in networked CharacterController and hunting down a bug in player jumping also adding new sounds to Co-Op.

Tim:
Pilot skill effects, interviews, setting up some stuff in workshop, and raving about the new spotting system.

Matt:
Player support, CA recruitment, working on the charity page updates, and still talking about the new system to a bunch of players.
