We’re closing our GetSatisifaction bug reporting. Please don’t post issues there and instead email us direction at feedback@musegames.com.
Don’t forget to include your output_log.txt file that GoIO will generate each time you open and close the game. To ensure the best results, send (or save in a separate location) your log files immediately after your crash or bug occurs. The file is overwritten each time you open the game.
Your log file will be located in your Steam install directory under “steampapps\common\guns of icarus online\GunsOfIcarusOnline_Data“.
Another tip is if you have a way that reliably reproduces the bug (repro case), please walk us through your steps to reproduce said bug. It will immediately help us in our bug squashing attempts.
