Weekly Progress Report 12/12/2014

A big step into a world with so many new targets for our awesome players!

With everyone back from the four corners of the globe and we’re already back at work on new features, weapons, and expansive ideas.

Thanks for everyone who joined us last week to talk about the new gun.  It was awesome hearing what everyone thought of the entire new mechanics we’d worked on. We hope the new mechanic will give an entirely different way to play and concern for those not wishing to be blown out of the sky!

Eric:
Tweaking the Minotoar (Beanbag), testing Defense and Retrieve game modes for co-op, and making a lot of headway with Faction Progression.

Alex:
Fixing some co-op director bugs and tweaking the Defense game mode, also fixing a few minor Skirmish things (e.g. fullscreen mode) for the upcoming patch.

Howard:
Recovering from traveling.

Jerry:
Implementing matchmaker for the faction related logic; integrating coop mode to UI too.

Victor:
Working on the workshop tool, trying to add the Super Pim Galaxy prototype, and fixing some bugs.

George:
Fixing bugs on guns.

CH:
Planning and debugging AI airships for new coop Scavenge game mode.

CS:
Implementing various kinds of states for enemies and their corresponding actions.

Matt:
Mod evaluations and competitive website overhaul.
