That moment when you stumble onto a Kingdom Hearts Wiki, and realise you played through both Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2...Just using the starting Keyblade. I never read the UI when I was a kid....That and the story went way over my head. But I think that happened for everybody else.

That moment when you download Mumble right before the Fjords tournament, try to sign onto the SMAC server, and fail. After a bit you finally get in, but there's a problem.

At the first attempt (the one that failed), it starts saying "Server connection failed: host not found. Reconnecting."

Thing is, once you actually connect, it doesn't stop.

You try disconnecting, closing Mumble... But IT DOESN'T STOP. 

Five hours. FIVE HOURS of waiting/battling, filled with that stupid message OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

That moment when you're on Sammy's Junker, and an ally placed a whole bunch of mines that are now right between you and a friendly Spire. So you jump on the Artemis, take aim, and detonate one of them, wiping out your balloon, armour, half your permahull, and some guns (and also hit the Spire).

That moment when every ship in the lobby uses nothing but mines on Dunes. That moment when the map has turned into a mine field. That moment when you bounce off one, into another, and into another, over and over until you explode. That moment when most of your crew has to go AFK because they're laughing so hard.

That moment when you mine up the current CP on Raid, explicitly tell your Gentlemanly allies the altitude and grid point location of said mines, only for the Galleon to, true to its name, teabag all 10 of them and smack into the glass ceiling.
