This thread kinda turned into "Who's German and Who's Almost German".

I really want to talk about whether history would have been different if Bismark used airships offensively in his campaigns.

If Bismark had used airships in the Franco-Prussian war, the French would not have built the extensive defensives on the German front, and World War I would have been a very different war. So I'm blaming Bismark for WW I because he didn't use Airships in Franco-Prussian War.

Really, it's better that way. Had airships kept an influence throughout most of WW1 and WW2, companies like Activision would likely take inspiration and make Modern Airship Warfare 3, yuck.

Well, alteast Captain Price would be an actual captain  :P

Well, I think,

If Bismarck had set the example in the Franco-Prussian war by making extensive use of airships, other major powers would have invested in the technology. Then, WW I wouldn't have been a savage meat grinder, but a sophisticated warfare, technology to technology. America probably wouldn't have been involved. Activision probably would have made games like, Call of Duty: Spanish-American war, or Freedom Fighters: Civil War and Civil Rights, promoting important American historical events without so much needless violence.

Actually, coming to think of it, do we have no Germans on the forums?

Schwaibe is Polish, Mr. Disaster is Polish, most of us are Brits or Americans (or Asian Americans). Anybody German?

this is actually interesting. Where are Zee Germans?

We have Russians, we have Spanish, we have Italians, we have French. Usually Germans are consistent gamers, popping clans like a blender with balloons.

wo sind die Deutschen?

what's the story behind the german population of GOIO?

No, you are an American with amazing healthcare system, a decent democratic government, a better version of American handegg (hockey), and lots of snow.
