Unarmed fighting Gaige would be interested in.  He's decent at it, but nothing to write home about.  Getting tips from Carn would be something he'd appreciate.  Marksmanship contests he'd probably skip out on for fear of pissing the crew off.  He is an excellent shot.  While he usually carries around his pair of pistols, Judgement and Jury, (Judgement is for big stuff or long range, Jury is for general use.  Also, Judgement is now retconned from a .454 Casull to a .500 S&W.)  he is well acquainted with rifles of all kinds.  Teaching the swabbies is also something he'd be raring to go at.

Once that's out of the way, I could concievably see him hosting a tinkering workshop.

As in, teach people things workshop.

If Gaige manages to win everyone in unarmed fighting, an entire song could be written about it for the bards and singers of the future generations.
It would be called.

"The engineer who beat the everliving crap out of everyone"

Crow, Alister does wear armor, though it is under his outer clothing. It's tungsten plated kevlar.

I seriously doubt that Gaige could beat Carn anything more than a potential 1/10 ratio.  He's good, but not Anglean special forces supersoldier reknowned even among his other supersoldier special forces members for being really good at melee/hand to hand GOOD.

Also, his ubiquitous jacket has what is basically akin to Ballistic Weave from Fallout 4, (not overkill) along with being made from incredibly heat and fire resistant materials.

Wouldn't do to have your nice, white jacket get burnt on a boiler.

That said it's not as good as hard armor, but it'll stop most small arms well enough.

Not entirely sure, think mid WWII planes, I'm leaning towards Britain.

If it's a British plane, it should be a Sea Hurricane mk II.
Also planes like the Russian Yak could be more fitting.
The American P-400 could also be nice.
But since I have a thing for German planes I would opt for the Bf 109 E-4.

I believe Bdr said something about a Full Wing Design. Hope that narrows things down.

For "full wing" you mean something like the B-2 "Spirit" ?

Flying Wings are pretty sweet.  I don't think they'd be so good for fighters though...

The Germans actually made some prototype of a full wing jet fighter.
It was partly a success.
Partly a disastrous failure.

Does the anvalan model have only machine guns or only the cannons? Both even?
The machine guns are the 12.7 or the 7.62 mm ones?
Are airplane-borne rockets even existing in the GoIO universe?

Are even all these kind of armaments legit in the GoIO universe at all?

This plane is truly lovable.
