Match Making (Friends and Blocked)

I know the system is not implemented and subject to change. I would like to know if the new match making system will take into account people on one's friends list and people on one's blocked list when placing a player in a server/on a crew?

I'm hoping it will just take the block list into account. That way Gilder can still play with people.

I'd really love if matchmaking system could have an option of friend list members prioritize.
In current lobby system I am waiting for 2-3 matches to get place on boat with friends - just because I want to play with them, not with others.

It can't rule out blocked people. It could be abused in a handful of creative ways.
