No, it is one line of five syllables, a second of seven, and w third of five. It also doesn't have to rhyme.

But sounds very bad

I think that this haiku was bad
My rhymes may be too
I still tried my best
To write these two

Not being a mother-tongue is very annoying when trying to understand how many syllables does a word have.
