I also ban Queso because he got those bans for me, so technically he banned himself with that last ban tax. Go complicated maths!

Imagine someone saying something really cool then putting sunglasses on whilst saying 'Yaaeaahh!' whilst a sick guitar solo plays.

That is when a cooly  should be used and therefore what it means.
