Yeah, I was also kind of disheartened the timer ended, I was so busy during the event I only had one full day in game, I had about 30/50.
While I've come to accept my fate and will probably have to wait a bit for the goggles, I'm sure if you plea to Muse with your 45/50, they'll give you it.

The idea of slot locking is interesting, I'd be interested in seeing the concept put into practice, even if it was temporarily added into the Dev App to see what happens.

If I were to perhaps propose another idea, this one is a proposal for having players join ships.
If a player joins a specific slot mid match, they are forcibly given a recommended loadout.
So in the ship menu, you have the three recommend slots, each one will correspond with a specific slot. You specify the requirements.
Yes, you will need to recommend them in lobby. But if you join mid-match, you will be given it anyway, to avoid compromise.
This would also work best if muse was to perhaps implement a limited. (i.e. Slot 2 is the only Toggle Engineer / Gunner Role Slot. The other's are engineer by default.).

Your thoughts?

I would like to personally thank everyone who came to Monday Munker Madness this week.
We successfully managed to fill a 3 v 3 lobby despite some fans claiming we would never fill it!
Thank you all for coming!
I hope next week will be just as good!

Hopefully Sir Steffan will be back from his holiday next week so we can keep our good fortune flowing!

Munker Madness - Special Rules Suggestions:


Recent discress at the lack of our Special Rule Suggestions has lead us to make this forum post.
We would like fans of Monday Munker Madness to give us suggestions for possible Special Rules events.
Here is our plan.

We would like fans to write out their Special rule suggestion in the format below:

  • Name: Spine Breaker (Example)
  • Ship: Spire
  • Ship Loadout: Slot 1: Minotaur, Slot 2: Harpoon, Slot 3: Mine Launcher, Slot 4: Mine Launcher  ||  (Ships must have at least two mine launchers.)
  • Pilot Loadout:(It is up to you if you want to mess with these parameters)  ||   (Pilots can do things such as reverse only, full speed only and so on.)
  • Engineer Loadout: (It is up to you if you want to mess with these parameters)
  • Gunner Loadout: (It is up to you if you want to mess with these parameters)

We will look at this thread once a week to see what suggestions there are.
Try to keep this thread focused on the suggestions rather than discussions.
