General Discussion / Raising consciousness for "stacking" !
« on: September 10, 2013, 01:29:43 pm »

"Don't do stacked teams - it ruins you and everyone's experience!"

To raise the consciousness for stacking as the problem it is, I thought "heck, why not launch a campaign?"
So if anyone of you ever had trouble with overpowered, stacked teams, you're welcome to write your story here and/or get creative as I tried to do above!
Stacking mainly occurs in lobbies crowded with experienced players, which are quite active in this forum too usually. Sadly, it doesn't stop at the borders of clan matches - people that are experienced tend to crew up with sometimes a full team to stomp new players into the ground.

I know that you like to play with your friends, everyone does. But play against them sometimes, it's just as much fun! Maybe you get to know more people by that?

If you ever catch yourself being on such a team, remember and be aware: Don't do stacking!

Feedback and Suggestions / Entering a game in countdown
« on: September 08, 2013, 06:54:53 am »
You ever had the problem of looking for a game in the match list, joining some to take a look at them and suddenly you're in te loading screen? Then you know what I'm talking about.

Since it happened to me quite often now, here's an idea: Why not take the games in the countdown of below 10 seconds out of the match list / list them as already running?

Deutschsprachige GoIO Community / Schiffeversenken - Runde 3 ?
« on: September 04, 2013, 01:58:56 pm »

Feedback and Suggestions / Ship loadouts - adjustable presets?
« on: July 10, 2013, 09:58:41 am »
Hello there dear ladies and gentlemen.

Since the Mobula was introduced I thought of two different setups for it, depending on situation, enemy, map...
So it occured to me: why not having like 5 presets for the guns you can change for a few selected situations? You then could just give each preset a name and click it in the lobby to change your ship's guns.

What do you think? Is it a good or a useless idea? Any ideas how to make it usable?

Feedback and Suggestions / Level restricted games
« on: June 23, 2013, 07:04:03 am »
So we've got level 1-3 matches. That's quite good!

But what about level 4+ matches only? Making them restricted as an option? So that new players can't join them and don't want to play anymore because the match was meant to be only for high level players. They mainly get killed pretty often in those matches and then shout out that they're so bad/this game is so bad that they don't want to play it anymore.

Maybe this might help the high level players too so, if they want to do some inofficial tournament-like matches they don't get "interrupted" by those new players.

There should still be mainly the allround games, but at least an option to enable those restrictions might be helping.

Just an idea. Now please tell me what you guys think about it! Unnecessary? Or may it lead to high level players only making restricted games? Let's discuss it.
