Direct Damage: 25 impact (full charge is 200 impact damage)
Burst Damage: 200 Explosive
Burst radius: 4m
Effective Vs: Balloon, Hull
Reload Speed: 7 s
Magazine Size: 2
Projectile Speed: 450 m/s (charged shot has speed 900 m/s)
Fire speed: 1s delay per shots (Full charge shoots 2 shot same time)
Range: 1000m (charged shot range is 1600m)
Size: Heavy
Horizontal Angles: 20 deg Left, 20 deg Right
Vertical Angles: 20 deg Up, 20 deg Down
Other information:
This weapon has charge up mechanic. Charge uses magazine and full charge takes 8sec.
(full charge uses all ammo in mag but also shoots all ammo in the mag)
Weapon can shoot middle of the charging (which of course deals bit less damage than full charge)
Full charge shot will push enemy ship.
Torpedo has blu aura and blu flames and of course blu explosion.
Torpedo is pretty big and highly visible.
Its is possible to shoot the torpedo before it hits the target. The torpedo has 50hp and takes extra damage from shatter type of damage.

So it shoots big explosive rockets that knock people around like a mine? I guess if it fires slow enough and has other draw backs it could be balanced.

the knock effect only implies to charged shots, so normal shots wont have that effect.
As for the charged shots... i takes 15s (reload speed + charging) to fire full charged shot after other (the half way charged shot wont have knock)

well lets just say that it should feel like you got hitten by a mine, Since i want the charged shot to have that kind of effect.
Most of impact weapons wont have much of an effect agenst ships and only one that people will notice is the mine. So this should work like mine shooted from a distance, exept not making so much damage to armor.
