You would have to show proof of purchase.... This being notarized by a third party, and submitted in triplicate to the auditory committee. Then, you would have to wait in line at the DMV (that is Department of Microphone Vocals) to perform a harmonic voice test and acquire your temporary MIC permit. This then has to be run over to the FBMS (Federal Bureau of Modulated Sound), where you must submit your MIC for testing, and more paperwork (Also handwritten in triplicate). If you do all this and your Salute!'s are not impounded due to a 7 Day time limit, then you can safely present to me the AR (Acoustics Report) for verification of your purchase.
