Been awhile since I last played, what have I missed?

The last time I played GOIO was around when it first launched, when me and a few friends competed in the first tournament and got fourth place. After that, I just sorta stopped playing due to how mad I was at why we lost.

So what has happened since then? Any sort of major announcements, or what?

A hell lot of different major changes (like in UI or addition of matchmaker), multiple various balance tweaks... I'm in community for like a year, so I'm not the most reliable source of info to be honest, but even in the timespan of a year there was lots of changes. ^^

Out of curiosity, do you remember what ship loadouts you brought in the first tournament? Lots has changed and you won't see the old metas. One addition was stamina which is Shift by default. It augments every aspect of flying for pilot, lets you run as engi, and increases you arcs, turn speed, and reload speed as gunner

There isn't much new I guess. You just have to sacrifice a newborn to beg matchmaker for mercy every time you start a game. But hey, new maps!
Also we have some additional waiting times because we didn't have enough waiting before ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Flamer is useless
Banshee is not useless anymore
Harpoon is still useless (but somehow people wonder whether it's OP)
Gunners are still inferior
Geo is triggered
Pyra is slower and weaker than ever
Squid and Spire got a buff
Flares officially the best weapon of GOIO
