Since the earth, and with it the whole galaxy, are constantly moving, a teleporter between to FIXED place is virtually impossible.
That being said, probably I would have it one in Rome's city centre and the other in Zagreb's city centre.

omg how can I pick, there's Ori and the Blind Forest, Undertale, not to mention robot unicorn heavy metal. Oh, and To the Moon, man, that game was something else entirely. But I think I'm gonna have to make an objective call and give this one to Undertale on the basis of musical craftsmanship. Seeing as how it's ingeniously constructed melodies resonated so well with audiences even among games like the one I mentioned, all while using the old fashioned 8 bit style.
