Remove Range-Finder

Fynx:
Bring back the old grid anyway, it had nice tactical meaning and now it's useless in close range maps. Well, with new 500m grid it's more useful, still. And if someone wants to know the exact distance just by looking at the map, just add grid size to the new pretty map legend.

Now, let's not clone topics.
