(Spades)plays chess with Cole while he waits for carn and Co to wake up.

[Koali]

(Whoa, haven't been on for a little while. I feel like a guy whose nation went to war while he was on vacation in France.)

Koali saw Isaac and Cole playing chess and leaned over Isaac's shoulder (on the mech stilts, mind you) to suggest a move.

"You should move your rook up five spaces and cut off his king's escape route. Maybe it'll distract him from the two-turn checkmate he could execute by doing this."

He then proceeded to demonstrate.

(Yes, Spades, I'm picking a fight. For the plot!)

[aceofeagles]

(Cole) looks surprise by the new strategy

(Isaac)"so I was wondering koali... should we wait for carn or go?."

[Koali]

"We should probably wait, he seems to be the only one who knows what he's doing."

[aceofeagles]

(Isaac)"carn...knowing what hes doing...in what dimension?"

[Carn]

The three drunks shoot up and land on their feet, Alexi ans Shim with a wild look in their eyes, and pawing for their weapons. Carn however, waltzes right up to Spades and proclaims "Well whose plan are we using?"

(I'm back! You miss me?)

[aceofeagles]

(Isaac) "well I suppose yours since my bomb sorta.....exploded.....cmon Cole lets get the mobula ready.. "

(Cole) looks at the chess board...

(Yes)

[Carn]

Alexi and Shim are still slightly frazzled.

(Alexi) "What just happened?"

[aceofeagles]

(Spades)"there was explosions.......that's all you need to know."

[Carn]

(Carn) "I believe he is referring to why the three of us had.........some odd dreams, just now."

(Shim) begins to shake "Evil ponies.............laughing penguins.................fungus........."

(Carn) looks at Shim, then back to Spades "Yeah, you DO NOT want to know what we just went through."

(Alexi) "I swear I can still feel the nibbling.........."

[Koali]

"Do tell, I love a good story."

[Carn]

(Carn) "To retain this semblance of sanity you see before you, I've suppressed the memories until a time when I can thoroughly examine them."

Shim and Alexi are babbling incoherently in the corner, the group occasionally hears certain remarks such as "Pink foot" and "Demonic candy".

[Koali]

"What in the world are they going on about?"

[Carn]

(Carn) "I don't know how long its actually been, but we've just been in a shared hallucination that felt like it lasted half a year. It was not a pleasant place."
