What's the weirdest gun that would exist in this universe?

I was thinking we could come up with new weapon ideas by looking at the most impractical

I found one
It has three barrels
It has a revolver cartridge barrels
It has Hillbilly exhaust pipes

 It looks relatively like a shotgun

Perhaps it could be a slightly weaker form of heavy carronade but with more rounds per clip
