Tar=explosive/ flammable
« on: April 17, 2015, 05:21:23 pm »
Tar doing less actual dmg in terms of component (like half dmg nerf)

But is prone to explode when exposed to fire. This results in huge fire dmg to all parts exposed to the tar. Creating 5 stack fires.

The flame fart squid=new meta.

Actually Lochnagar-flaring a tar cloud makes it burn.

whether you use a spark or use a flame or white hot magnesium or a flare.

the resulting gas explosion is pretty much the same.

Imagine if engineers actually had to load the Pilot items into the engines and fuel tanks themselves?

Nah.. that'd be too complicated.
And engineers might refuse to put stuff into fuel tanks *cough* callsign striker *cough*

And engineers might load things at wrong times.

But I like the idea of flare setting fire on tar clouds. That somehow makes sense and it'd be fun.

That really would be amazing to set tar clouds on fire with flares and flamers. It'd make even more sense for the squid to have a flamer/flare rear gun in that case - which I'm guessing is what inspired the idea originally.

Maybe tar could stay the way it is and Muse could add a new flammable gas cloud instead with this ability? Call it Fuel Dump or Diesel Cloud, but make it ineffective until actually ignited by fire.
