There is no such thing as "favourite song". I can't even make a choice to make like top5, top10 or even top20 songs.

I have to agree.

HOWEVER

If I were to pick, it might have to be Saint James Infirmary Blues. Almost every rendition of that song from the early 1900s is simply beautiful, but my favorite is this Louis Armstrong rendition. Louis also happens to be one of my favorite musicians of all time. The soul that man put out was unreal

It often depends on my mood and my taste in music can vary, classic orchestra to thrash metal (such as Killswitch engage)
But lately I have listened to one song more than others:

Just like everyone else, I have too many songs that I like.

But among my favorites: Theme of Phantom R.
Which really isn't a song (no lyrics), in which case: Va, Pensiero from opera, Nabucco, by Verdi.

Impossible question to answer, it's always changing, goes back and forth between new electronic music and classic blues folk soul and jazz. Recently i've been obsessed with Astral Weeks by Van Morrison, every song on that album is great though and i have given it a listen nearly every day for while.
