My personal favourites are Lilly and Hanako.  All the routes are good, but Lilly will forever be best girl, with Hanako a ridiculously close second.  Also, could someone direct me to a thread with information relating to Sir Isaac Phillips?

Another famous player to add as an NPC might be BdrLineAzn.  Top clans could be companies that 'hire' new crewmen.  Each Clans' leader would be the actual leader, and they should have all the eccentricities of the actual clans.  Like Cake loving fire, and the Ducks having ducks all over the place.

Yeah Lily was nice. Honestly, I modeled the Baronies girl a little after Lily. Not the blindness/etc but the appearance and overall warmth of the character. In fact on the public doc we have of the VN from back then, if you scroll down to her it should list Lily on it. What does she look like...theres Lily's name.

this wouldn't work as people would already be in clans. For the sake of consistency with RP players that might be an issue. I imagine that adventure mode uses Flight of the Icarus as a model/prototype for adventure mode.

And with that in mind I identify very strongly as an AI. Playing clannies to Cake and etc when  I'm an AI feels wrong. Then again I do identify more as a mercenary player/clan, so its less of an issue with me to work with cake and gents and clan and etc on that basis.

The best resolution would be to just have the clans be merely lore fluff as opposed to actual in-game stuff.
