ETA on Workshop items?

There are a few of us that are curious (no, no, not anxious at all) to know when we can expect to see workshop items moved into the game. Can we get a bit of an update on progress, problems, pandas, and timescale?

Each time the Devs have been asked since the problem was spotted it's still a case of the Devs waiting on Valve to respond to their requests for help on the matter..
I think it falls into the catagory of "next week" again :/

What problem was it? Actually if there is a way to submit without tying to a bank account, I'd love it. Credit card is one thing but bank account info, don't trust Valve enough.
