So, if Team A has  Flame, otters, and tacos is each teams points separate? Say Flame only goes half in, Otters, all the way in and Tacos all the way in?? Or Can we use a percentage of our points as a team to get it to say 100%?

Based on the wording and structure of the ruleset, I am understanding 'unlocks' as a tiered system, as in "once unlocked, is available for use".

So if my team bets, say, 30% of our current points 'balance', then we are able to use

Spire OR Squid, and able to loadout with Heavy Carros; flamers, flaks, banshees, merc gun.

So a 3xflamer squid, for example, is possible at 30%.

Likewise, if my team bets all 100% of our current points, everything is unlocked for use, and hence all combinations are allowed.

I just re-read, I will clarify because I see the confusion. The pool for each team is for victory conditions only. The amount your individual team (ship) bets unlocks your own tiers, not your allied ship's tiers.
