Rebuild Speed is still faster when spamming left click!

When I hold down the mouse button now, the speed lags at first then seems to catch up to the speed of spamclicking.  I haven't timed it but there's a definite pause at the beginning of the rebuild/buff when holding down the button.

Turned out to be an issue that didn't show up in testing because this latest issue only occurs when you have a bit of jitter in your connection. Should be fixed next patch.

Woohoo!  Thanks!  I worry that I'm causing repetitive stress injuries for the sake of saving a second in critical moments in combat.  xD
