It's like the balloons are filled with green venom. Explosions now deal additional poison damage.

Eh, the balloon decals have to be fully monochrome, so no spring green...  and I've tried making mine-ish stuff but it's too vertical too look good; need something more square.

Also, it's mirrored on the other side of the ship, so "clan clan" would be backwards.  :P

I'll make a good bloon decal at some point, but unfortunately it probably won't be like that ^
