Ok so thursday we elect the Leader of the group for this event to lead us,  then they pick roles and loadouts? i like this system. just so everyone understands if we want to be in contention for the leadership state before thursday?

That is correct. I was suggesting two leaders, but that might be a bit much for squid races with only 4 people needed. Leaders can micro-manage as much as they want or leave it up the the crews and pilots they select (including themselves) to handle it. They get final say though, whether or not they choose to use that power.

Okay, elections are today. You get two votes that must be for different players and you can vote for yourself. Votes re public currently because I can't think of a better way to do it right now. You can vote for any signed up player, although they can refuse the position. If you only vote for one player your other vote goes away.

I would like to get together a team of 4 for the Timmy B memorial tournament. Although I did not know him, I would still like to pay him our respects. From all I've heard, he seemed to be an amazing friend and player.

Still looking for players. It doesn't seem that strict on players so feel free to sign up even if you can't make it every week. I know I probably won't be able to.
