We will look into establishing a proper upload process soon. I'm not certain about the situation with regards to previous matches since we haven't had a clear policy about recordings however I believe Skrim is right in saying that Fourth Oracle has been keeping recordings on hand.
The "hour earlier" isn't really viable, since that would also require your opponents to arrive earlier too; then need pretty much all participants to be on hand earlier because your first match will probably take less than an hour... ultimately if one team starts an hour earlier, the whole tournament is starting an hour earlier. A team can start late without great issues because the tournament normally runs past the hour mark anyway; it's just a matter of trivially reordering the schedule to meet the team's requirements. Sorry.
