I saw him online last week and muse's official statement is "we'll take the appropriate measures."

Though I think he's been gone for awhile because he's not a hardened vet that's weathered many sales. But from what I can tell definitely at the very least warned, definitely not banned last I checked. Or if he was it was a temp ban.

I'd get more footage of him but he will never fly on a ship I'm on knowing I regularly record my gameplay. In hindsight it might have been better to not mention I'm recording, but I'm not that underhanded.

He's not banned, no. While it is super unfortunate that this had to happen to anyone, banning someone based on a single event is not exactly the level of tolerance that MUSE runs its policies at.
