Engineering meta.
« on: November 21, 2014, 11:46:36 am »
Anyone else feel that spanner/mallet/buff is over used these days.

Every ship has one. Like this is CLEARLY OP.

"Oh look it's an engi with spanner/mallet/buff."
Yeah way to go, for some originality.

Anyone else feel this?

Main Engineer should always have chem, ext, buff with Loch ammo and Tar pilot tool.

Other two crew should be gunners, clearly this is an OP pug meta as I always see groups like this, forex OP and if you try to convince any other way 'ur well outta line brush I jus wanna av fun brah!' #ragequittterssopredictable.

I want more customisation with my engineer build.  If the opposing team can take triple artemis, I want the flexibility for my engineer to take triple buff hammer.

Also I always always see spanner/mallet/chem.

I mean what's up with that? Have some originality, jeez.

I know right! And spyglass! I mean come on it's a pilot tool. At least get range finder so it's handy when you're helping guns.

All work and no play makes the engineer a dull boy.

When I engi, I bring a bottle moonshine. A dose of that down the hatch, the engine looks perfectly fine. Well, maybe too fine. It looks like a smoking lady, quite literally. Maybe its just beer google.

What about Spanner/Wrench/Mallet for ultimate toolbox? I got something for everything (but flames).

After much consideration on the matter and inspiration from my post for thins needed aboard an airship, I think I found a new engi-meta!

"What engineer tools should I bring?"

"A left handed hammer, a corkscrew spanner and a bucket of welding sparks!"

The sad thing is, I've legit ran this when I was a novice. I thought I was being the ultimate buffgineer.
