Match list as an overlay

Make it easier to see what matches are playing. Have it as a tab on the side that you can click and pull across the screen as an overlay while in a lobby. That way if someone like me wants to sit an hour in a 3v3 waiting for players, they can check the match list to see if some others decided to start a 3v3 up instead of joining mine.

This would also be really nice for the bounty board, it sucks to have to leave and risk loosing your spot in a lobby just to check you ranking!
