Ship Customization

Sorry guys I've tryed to search but no answer found.
Why I cannot customize my ship? When I'm in the lobby I can set up weapons and so on but when in game screen the presets are not those I've selected and weapons are different. It seems that he's taking the default weapons despite my customization.

What I'm doing wrong?

You cannot change the ship loadouts if you are playing in Novice games.  Make sure you change the Novice field to "No" when searching for games.

Alternatively, make sure you click "Save(or whatever it is) Customisation" at the bottom right of the ship screen.

Sounds like you are in a beginner/novice lobby, which locks you to a couple boats and preset loadouts for them. Try joining non-beginner games (at your own risk of course) to be able to pick your loadouts. This was added to help new players along and avoid "bad" loadouts like all harpoons.
