I ban everyone and call for an election.

Democratically, by the book. Come back in 4 years when my term has ended and we will have another legitimate by the book election.

Culus:
One commits an act of culus when a person:
- of sound mind and discretion (i.e. sane);
- unlawfully seeks to lower the life quality
- of any reasonable creature (i.e. human, dog etc.)
- with the use of words (verbally)
- or with actions.
A usual punishment for such a crime is
suitable reparation to the prosecution by means of:
- A cash sum
- Service to the prosecution (see: community service.)
The prosecution can state the magnitude of reparations based on the magnitude of the act of culus.
It is left up to the jury for decision on such matters.
Each individual case must be evaluated.
TL;DR it is illegal to be an asshole to someone. Hence why culus is latin for asshole. :p
