Ok, so this could be one of two things:

-Muse put that in as a placeholder, and decided to call it the heavy harpoon for the lulz
-Muse is actually making that gun, and it just slipped in there by accident, and we should be really freaking excited.

Either way though, those are placeholder stats.

Assuming that this is really going to happen, it's the second third time Muse has accidentally leaked a new gun like that. We first found out about the mine launcher when it got inadvertently put into the guns spreadsheet. Same for the magma cannon, actually.

I can't see how a massive harpoon would be useful on anything but a Galleon, would prefer an other gun to a second harpoon anytime.
