Please no. This hat has caused too much bad clothing style all over the world. Don't let it be part of this post apocalyptic world and be ever forgotten. For the sake of fashion.

I agree. I see this too much in real life already.

What? People don't like it? That hat is amazingly useful and fashionable.

To bad you can't wear one these days without being considered either a "hipster" or "neckbeard"

Glad to hear the prevention system works.

Why is it I've only ever seen women wear these hats?

pfft, a perfectly good hat ruined I say. Same thing that now happens to the lovely flat cap.

Makes sense since they're originally made for them... though honestly I see a lot more men use it.

No it's not ruined. It's still worn properly by some today. The problem with the hat is that the wrong generation/people started wearing it. For whatever reason they think it's perfectly fitting and doesn't look ridiculous at all. But we're not in the 20th century. If you're young and you want a hat please look first what fits you and not what you think would look cool because some bloke on TV wore it.
I sound like a drama queen but having a little sense in fashion is something I find a rather healthy knowledge. Don't take it personally if any of the fedora folks are reading this, just try to be honest with yourself and get a second opinion if you're about to buy one ;P

hehe the awful first world problems ;)   ...but whatever floats their boat. Not my place to judge people, it's a cool hat and if they wanna wear it go ahead.

That assumes I have any fashion sense whatsoever.

Spoon: First world problem? To have a choice between good clothes and bad clothes isn't really a problem. It's rather a case of taste. And yes we could argue over "everybody has their own taste, how could you judge", which I totally understand. I'm not gonna pick on 14yo who like wearing trenchcoats, suits and a hat. Actually I would but just because I find appearance important to a certain degree . Even more so as you grow older and there's nothing bad with recieving feedback on what to wear and what not imo. A good friend of mine is a fashion designer and she always gives me very good feedback which I'm more then happy about.

@Keon that's good then :D

I would rather see a Shako.

There are much better hats than the fedora for inclusion in a post apocalypse steampunk world. I believe that there needs to be more gold braid and eagle crests in this game.
