Looking for crew (low - mid levels)

--Attention Captains and Crewmen

I, A gunner of a vessel, am looking for a captain who can steer, and 1-2 engineers, perhaps a gunner.
I am level 2 gunner, but I have played quite a few games and am looking to improve my skills and get more competitive.
I would prefer to fly the Pyramidion with 2 Artemis light rocket launchers on the upper-front deck, A Galleon with 1 manticore on each side. That is my preference, But it is up to all of us as a group to see what we like best.
