I may be late, or not able to join at all depending on how long you keep it going, got a family thing this evening. But I'm really glad to join you this fast. I signed up on the steam group too :)
For now I'll try make it for the last bit of tonight's event. If not I'll try catch one of you online :)

Salutations Cake!
   While relatively new to GOI in general, I must admit my affection for the game was increased insurmountably by your fellow Cake members.  They were friendly, helpful, and made my experience highly enjoyable!  Your members: Spud Nick, Zander Brodah, and B'elanna are the epitome in what your group promotes, and deserve recognition!

With that being said, I humbly ask to join your faction.  It would be my honor, given the chance, to make someones gaming experience as memorable as you've made mine.

I mean, honestly, Whats a few burnt eyelashes between friends?

Don't worry, Kirk. The lobby stayed open long past the two-hour mark - got three or four new Cupcakes to add to our roster. Very successful evening. The sale price has brought a lot of new players; The ones that want to learn from us will most assuredly not walk (or fly) alone!

After flying with you wonderful people on a number of occasions, I wish to join.

I must say, the times I have flown on full-Cake ships, it's been the best fun I've ever had on GOI.

How do I go about joining? I have flown, as I've said, with Cakes before (Piemanlives, Domdomdodo, Andika etc.)

You go about joining by doing precisely what you have done - post on our forum to apply!
I'm sure that you've made a good impression with the pastries you've shared a ship with - pending confirmation from one of those you've flown with, you can call yourself a member!
