Omni: Move Naturally in Your Favorite Game

<< < (4/5) > >>

Moo:
It uses keyboard/mouse mapping... An option for analogue gamepad/joystick type output for forwards speed etc. would be much more sensible IMHO, although not as widely supported by games. But that's just a software issue, so could be addressed in the future.

James T. Kirk:
Imagine looking up to watch a beautiful hi-def sunset, then walking off a cliff.

God, that would suck.

FPS players would probably suffer some second-hand PTSD or something.

That would also suck.

What if you were running away from the boulder in "Raiders of the Lost Ark: The first non-sucky movie-based game. HD." (Game TBA) and cramping up.

That would suck most of all.

Indeed. Myself, before this, I was thinking some kind of giant ball that'd you'd be placed on top of. It's great to see such a simple solution.

No it wouldn't. It would relief us from numerous yoloswags who understand gaming as "Call of Battlefield: Black Honour"

On an unrelated note: I hope they do name a game Call of Battlefield. xD

James T. Kirk:
You ever seen "Duty Calls"? It's a great CoD parody game.

I would suggest looking up gameplay on YouTube.
